Last updated: 20 May 2026
Acceptance
By installing or using Okay0 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Okay0 provides
Okay0 is software you run on your own machine and a companion relay that routes messages between your device and agents. We do not store the contents of your messages. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of what we hold.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Okay0 to break the law, infringe rights, attack systems, harass people, or distribute malware.
- The browser-automation skill (shop_prep / browser_actor) is for your own accounts only. Don't use it to circumvent rate limits, scrape proprietary data at scale, or impersonate another user.
- Respect the terms of every third-party site Okay0 interacts with on your behalf. We are not responsible for actions taken under your authority on Blinkit, Zepto, or any other platform.
Beta status
Okay0 is in private beta. Features change. Data formats change. Things may break. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access during the beta period.
Payment
The beta is free. When paid plans launch, prices and cancellation terms will appear on the Pricing page; current subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance.
Third-party services
Okay0 relies on Firebase (Google), Cloudflare, Anthropic, and other providers (see the Privacy Policy). Their terms apply to your use of those parts of the service.
No warranty
Okay0 is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Okay0 is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
