Acceptance

By installing or using Okay0 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Okay0 provides

Okay0 is software you run on your own machine and a companion relay that routes messages between your device and agents. We do not store the contents of your messages. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of what we hold.

Acceptable use

Beta status

Okay0 is in private beta. Features change. Data formats change. Things may break. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access during the beta period.

Payment

The beta is free. When paid plans launch, prices and cancellation terms will appear on the Pricing page; current subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance.

Third-party services

Okay0 relies on Firebase (Google), Cloudflare, Anthropic, and other providers (see the Privacy Policy). Their terms apply to your use of those parts of the service.

No warranty

Okay0 is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Okay0 is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
